Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at trade@kwolin.com.tw before sending your item back.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

  • The return address will be provided upon approval of your request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at trade@kwolin.com.tw
